Project Execution

While we rarely take on one-off projects, we do occasionally do so if we feel that the project is grounded in exceptional planning or if the project is in an industry sector that we are already immersed in. In these cases, we can easily build-in the strategy as we go ― it's in our DNA.

More commonly, we produce projects that emerge from our strategic consulting practice. The end project is typically a result of the later stages of the Design Thinking journey.
