We've been working in the public transit & transportation industry for 15+ years with a specialty in bus transit and micro-mobility solutions. We are especially interested in transit equity, microtransit, and greening of the fleet for healthy communities.

Green Environment & Clean Energy

Since 2012, we've been working with organizations on environmental projects, from natural hazard mitigation to coastal resilience. In 2017 we began working with a private company that provides clean energy financing solutions in NY State.

Government & Infratructure

For over 20 years, Susan Rubinsky has worked with government clients. In recent years, we've focused on working with regional councils of governments, municipalities, and quasi-government agencies on various initiatives, from website production to economic development to community engagement.

Prevention & Youth

We've been working with publicly-funded youth coalitions for 10+ year to prevent substance abuse. We have a special interest in this area due to personal, family losses due to addiction; consequently, we often will take on one youth coalition a year and we offer greatly reduced consulting rates to these groups.

Tech & Startup

Due to our founder's entry into the tech startup scene in the early 1990's, we occasionally take on tech startup clients if the product/service is one that we believe fills a unique niche and is grounded in strong IP. We love when we meet a founder who is passionate and has an interesting idea!

Strategic consulting is in our DNA. We have worked with various one-off clients over the years that don't fit into any of the categories on this page. Usually, it's because someone referred us or heard of us because of our work in one of our mainstay sectors. We're always interested in new areas that are aligned with our principles.
