“Our website sucks,”
is something we hear all the time. We hear it in bakeries and boardrooms, from sole proprietors to CEO’s. In that tone of frustration what we hear is “our site doesn’t meet the needs and expectations of our organization” — OR WORSE — “the site doesn’t meet those of our customers.”
The first time we heard it several years ago we almost laughed out loud, but the pain our new client felt — he seemed quite embarrassed — was all too familiar and we wanted him to know that many people at many companies share the same exact feelings.
In fact, up until recently, this website sucked too. There are many reasons for a failed website.
