Susan Rubinsky
With over 15 years of successful marketing experience for diverse organizations — from software, tech and biotech entities to manufacturing companies to non-profit organizations — Susan Rubinsky brings strong strategic and creative solutions to the table.
Currently, she is sought out for her expertise in strategic marketing planning and integrating internet into an organization's marketing mix. Her emphasis on benchmarking and positive ROI as well as creative solutions that enable the viral dissemination of brand content is key to the kind of successes her clients love her for.
Before founding SRMC in 2003, Susan was Marketing Director at Mirror Worlds Technologies (MWT), where she led marketing efforts for both enterprise and consumer information management software products.
Prior to her work with MWT, Susan worked in the non-profit sector and was also a partner in several tech companies and startups in the 1990's. She began her career while still in college by providing desktop publishing consulting and sales services in the late 1980's and early 1990's in New Haven.
Associations
Susan is an active member of the New Haven Growth Network, a discussion and action forum committed to supporting the growth of tech-centric businesses in Connecticut. She is also a past board member of the Edgewood Childcare Program, a non-profit that provides sliding-scale fee before- and after-school childcare to needy families in New Haven. Susan continues to be actively involved in the New Haven community and is particularly involved with issues pertaining to education reform and closing the achievement gap.
The Arts
Susan is a published poet and held several literary editorial positions in the 1980's and 1990's. She recently returned to sculpture after a two year hiatus and shares a studio with several artists in New Haven's Erector Square.
