The Reilly Group is a home inspection agency based in Connecticut and has been in business for over 20 years. The Reilly Group provides home inspection services to home buyers and sellers as well as litigation and foreclosure inspection services to mortgage lenders, brokers, and law firms. In late 2007, the Reilly Group began offering Energy Efficiency Audits in response to requests from local home owners.
In the Winter of 2008, SRMC worked with the Reilly Group to develop a blog and direct mail campaign to help promote energy efficiency audits for home owners. Then, in the Spring of 2008, SRMC was retained as "marketing director for hire" to provide ongoing marketing services and to help the Reilly Group develop internal customer support and marketing protocols.
Since then, SRMC has helped The Reilly Group:
- Implement internal customer contact and scheduling systems
- Develop internal procedures, materials and a marketing calendar to engage the existing customer base based on the goals of upselling services and promoting referrals
- Research the Energy Audit marketplace and develop a plan for ongoing integrated campaigns that include the following mediums: Website, Email, Blog, Direct Mail, Social Networking and Search
