We worked with Neutocrete, a company that seals commercial and residential dirt crawl spaces, in 2006 and 2007, on a year-long project to completely overhaul the company's internet marketing — from the website to Google Pay-per-click to email — to be in alignment with the company's strategic plan. Neutocrete operates via a dealer network on the eastern seaboard and in the northwest, USA.
Neutocrete successfully harnessed internet-based lead generation initiatives and greatly increased the amount of leads from the internet, accounting for 18% of all leads, up from less than 2% of leads for 2005. 3% of the overall marketing budget was spent on internet lead generation activities in 2006, yet it accounted for 13% of revenue. In addition, internet-generated leads had higher average sales than leads generated through traditional mediums like radio and direct mail.
